About Our Theater Company
Lumen Theater Co. is a youth performing arts program rooted and guided by faith, serving families seeking structured, high-quality theater education in a positive and encouraging environment. We specialize in summer theater camps and youth productions designed to help students grow in confidence, stage presence, vocal ability, and teamwork.
Kristin Farrell is an experienced music educator, vocal director, and theater producer with over 15 years ofleadership experience in worship and choral direction. She holds an undergraduate degree in Music Performanceand a Master’s degree in Music Education from Towson University. For the past 13 years, she has been teachingand directing student productions, producing 10 full-scale theater productions with casts averaging 40–50students. Her experience includes vocal performance training, youth theater production and direction, curriculumdevelopment, and worship leadership. Kristin founded Lumen Theater Co. to create a structured, faith-rootedperforming arts program where students grow artistically while building confidence and character. Her leadershipblends excellence with encouragement. She believes every student deserves to feel seen, challenged, andcelebrated.
